Terms and Conditions

- Maximum number allowed 10 people

- It is prohibited to bring in alcoholic beverages and drugs of all kinds.

- Please let us know if there is any previous vandalism.

- Preserving the chalet’s property, and the tenant bears the cost in the event of vandalism.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet.

- The chalet owner is not responsible for any sudden event or drowning, and the tenant is responsible for all legal procedures.

- The chalet owner is not responsible for the loss of any personal item.

- Candles are not allowed inside the chalet.

- It is forbidden to use natural charcoal inside the chalet.

⁠- Do not sit on the chairs while wearing wet clothes.

- Please use table covers when dining on the tables.

⁠- Ensure all doors are closed when the air conditioning is on.

- Pets are not allowed.

⁠- For your safety and comfort, there are 3 external security cameras installed at the front entrance of the chalet, in accordance with the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism regulations.

⁠- Please wash the chalet’s dishes after use.

- Make sure to close the outer doors to prevent sheep from entering.

Any violation of any clause of these terms and conditions shall result in a financial penalty of not less than OMR 50 (fifty Omani rials) and not more than OMR 100 (one hundred Omani rials), depending on the type and severity of the violation. The penalty shall be deducted from the security deposit, while the chalet management reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages exceeding the value of the penalty.

- ⁠Please adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times.

- Failure to check out at the designated time may result in a partial or full deduction from the security deposit.

- Please comply with the number of guests stated in the booking. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval from management. If it is found that the agreed number of guests has been exceeded, management reserves the right to impose a fine of no less than OMR 100 and require the additional guests to leave the chalet immediately.
